On May 30, 2025, Algund's church square will transform into a true farmers' market showcasing high-quality local products.
From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, direct marketers and producers of high-quality local products will be on hand to share the stories, production methods, and backgrounds of their products. After all, Algund has a long history of agriculture at three different altitudes and under various climatic conditions. Of course, you're invited to inspect and taste the products, because the motto of the farmers' market is: enjoy with all your senses! Your eyes, ears, nose, hands, and of course your taste buds will all be engaged as you explore the flavors, appearances, and textures of the best local delicacies.
The producers and market vendors at the stalls will be happy to answer any questions from interested visitors; after all, the farmers' market is not only a gourmet event but also a social gathering. Entertainment and refreshments will be provided. Regional specialties can be found at the food stall run by the "Algund Bäuerinnen"
