Every year, the Christmas Market transforms the church square in Algund into a place full of Christmas magic. Live music, the smell of mulled wine and traditional sweets, as well as a children's program that makes the little ones' eyes shine await you. Come and visit us and be enchanted by the atmosphere - experience the magic of the Christmas season with all your senses!

A stroll among the stalls is a pleasure for young and old alike. Whether it's carefully crafted children's clothes made of organic cotton, fragrances for a cozy home, sweet delicacies or the aromatic creations of honey and marmalades or exquisite wines - here you can see and taste the variety and art of South Tyrolean craftsmanship. These special gifts cannot be found everywhere; they are designed to warm hearts and remind us of the magic of the Christmas season.

ICE SKATING IN ALGUND
Starting on Saturday, November 30th, and until mid-January 2025, ice skating enthusiasts can make laps and pirouettes on the open-air square. Beginners are also welcome and can take advantage of the skate rental service. Those who, despite the healthy exercise, have cold hands, can warm up with a refreshing drink at the food stand.
Opening hours: during the week 2 pm to 6 pm,
saturday, sunday and festives from 10 am to 6 pm,
closed on 25th december and 1st january
NEW YEARS EVE
31.12. from 10:00 pm
Celebrate the New Year with the Goaßlschnöller on December 31st from 10 pm onwards! Music from the 60s to the 90s awaits you, a "Feuerzangenbowle" on the wood stove and in addition to the specialties of the day, there will be delicious New Year's snacks and goulash soup.
