How does the GuestPass work?

Summed up in a nutshell

The card is valid for the entire duration of your stay, cannot be purchased and is exclusively available through one of the participating partner accommodations.

NEW 2025: The digital GuestPass
From 2025, you will receive the GuestPass digitally directly on your smartphone. For the South Tyrol GuestPass Algund to be recognized as a valid ticket, the QR code, which already contains the arrival and departure dates, must be scanned when using public transport and participating cable cars.

Scanning the QR code is also required for workshops and events that you can attend free of charge with the GuestPass.

Children under 6 years of age do not need their own GuestPass if they are accompanied by an adult. Please note that additional tickets are required for bicycles, dogs and other animals. Dogs must wear a muzzle and leash on public transport.

Bus and train

Use of all public means of transportation belonging to the South Tyrol Integrated Transport Network:all city and extra – urban buses
Regional trains in South Tyrol (Brenner/Brennero – Trento, Mals/Malles – Innichen/San Candido). The card is not valid on Italian InterRegional trains or on OEBB, DB, Eurostar or Intercity trains.
The PostBus Switzerland between Mals and Müstair

In order to transport your own bike on the train, an additional ticket for bike transport must be purchased. This can be bought at the ticket counters for € 7.00 per bike.
