Workshops such as Kneipp treatments, herbal hikes, yoga sessions and mindfulness exercises await you. Discover magical places in the forest of Vellau or be a part of our cooking master class where we prepare nettle dumplings and other south tyrolian delicacies. A wellness event with many free workshops awaits you.

You can reach Merano by foot via the Algund Waalweg canal trail and enjoy views of Algund's old village, the Merano basin and, on a clear day, the Adige Valley during your leisurely stroll. NEW: Algund Balance

NEW: Algund Balance

Spring is a time of new beginnings and in Algund we celebrate this awakening in a special way. In April and May 2025 everything revolves around the topic of Kneipp and the project "Healthy in Algund".

Algund Balance is based on the findings of the Anchor Study conducted in 2019 on behalf of the Algund Tourism Association by Univ. Dr Arnulf Josef Hartl of the Paracelsus Medical University. The result was clear: a scientifically verifiable improvement in quality of life in terms of physical and mental health can be seen after just one week of an active exercise holiday.

Mediterranean plants and trees such as palms, cacti, olive trees and various fruit and berry trees. Works of art and decorations for outdoor areas.
